Native American Fairy and Beaver

The beautiful native princess fairy had stopped to sit among the bullrushes on the bank of the creek while watching the busy beaver at work building his dam. As the poplar tree fell, the wee fairy noticed a nest falling from its branches and an egg tumbling toward the ground.

Soaring up into the air, the Native American Fairy caught the blue egg just before it crashed.

Painted with watercolours and acrylic on 90lb watercolour paper.
